Delivery

Current Delays:
Due to ongoing UK strikes, Royal Mail services are slightly delayed. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. If you need your item urgently, we recommend choosing 'Express Delivery' at checkout.

Our Delivery Process:
We aim to provide quick and efficient delivery options. All our products are made in-house by our team. If you place an order before 1pm on a working day (Mon - Fri), we'll do our best to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Custom Products:
For 'Custom' products or orders requiring a 'digital proof', we'll need a few extra days to perfect your design!

UK Standard Delivery:
Delivery in the UK costs £2.75 for orders under £30, and it's free for orders over £30! We use Royal Mail's 48 service, which typically takes 2-3 working days. We're currently trying to upgrade orders to First Class services where possible. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. If you need your order by a specific date, consider choosing UK Express Delivery.

UK Express Delivery:
Express Delivery uses Royal Mail's Next Working Day Service and costs £6.95. This is only available for certain products. Normally, orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed for next working day delivery. However, due to the current UK Strikes, this guarantee is not in place, though Royal Mail still aims for a Next Working Day service. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday through to 2pm on the following Monday will be delivered before 1pm on Tuesday.

Global Delivery:

Since January 1, 2021, due to Brexit, there might be customs delays for orders dispatched to the EU or ROW. We'll continue to dispatch your orders quickly, but delivery times are estimates and might be affected by these delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Depending on where you are and what you order, you might have to pay duties and taxes. These costs are the receiver's responsibility and aren't covered by Em & Lottie's Boutique. We recommend checking any additional charges before ordering.

Please note, we can't deliver to PO boxes worldwide.

Our International Delivery is currently untracked, meaning you can't check your order's location during transit.

Given the current circumstances and the pressure on Royal Mail and other couriers, we ask for your patience and allow extra time for your order to arrive. We can't offer a refund on postage if orders arrive later than estimated, as this is beyond our control.
