Returns
Non-Personalised Products:
If you've bought a non-personalised item in the last 30 days, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending it back. Returns should reach us within 14 days in new, unused condition. Return postage costs aren't covered by us. We recommend using a 'recorded' delivery method.
Personalised Products:
Our personalised items are made to order and are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
Faults:
Mistakes happen. If your order is incorrect, please contact us with your order reference number, name, and a clear photo of your order. We'll always ask for a photo to help us understand and resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations:
You can cancel an order as long as we haven't started working on it. Once we've started, changes can't be made to personalisation. If you've ordered a guest book or album with a digital proof and decide to cancel, we'll refund your order cost, minus a £10 design fee.
Exchanges:
Because of the custom nature of our products, we can only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at emandlottiesboutique@hotmail.co.uk.
Return Address:
If you need to return an item, mail it back to us using the return address on your dispatch note.
